All of our packages are shipped discreetly, in a plain box or envelope, displaying the sender's name as AE or Aqua Entertainment.
Aqua Entertainment ships products to countries worldwide. Due to international regulations, we are only able to provide streaming, downloadable and DVD products to some countries. Packages shipped to some countries may have product packaging or DVD covers and VHS boxes which display adult images removed. In other words most overseas product will be shipped "plain" without covers or artwork.
International Customs and Shipping Choices
Buyers are fully responsible for complying with their country's laws, Customs regulations, taxes, and duties. Aqua Entertainment is not responsible for packages delayed or detained in Customs.
Please contact us if your International order is long over-due and we will sort the situation out with you.
International orders are shipped via US Airmail by default. Global Express is available for additional charges.
Shipping Methods within the USA
We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail Service as a default for all US orders.
Unfortunately, we are not able to insure or track packages shipped via Priority Mail. We will not be liable for loss or damage of orders shipped via USPS (including all orders shipped to APO, FPO & PO Box addresses).
However, we are happy to make arrangements for re-shipment in most cases, but at our discretion.
Express mail service is available for additional charges.
The charge for shipping your order is determined by a flat fee Handling Charge plus an additional Per-item charge. Express Delivery will caryy additional charges.
Order Fulfillment Time
Domestic orders are usually delivered within 4-10 business days from the day the order was completed. International orders generally take 2-4 weeks for delivery. Delivery time may differ based on variables such as the delivery method chosen, your location, delays in Customs, etc.
Overnight and Second-Day Shipping
When calculating timeframes for Express delivery, be aware that our shipping department processes orders 4 days a week, usually in the A.M. hours. Depending on when you place your Express order, up to 36 hours could pass before the order is posted. Express orders placed after noon on Friday will ship on Monday (the next business day).
We stock a large inventory of product to ensure prompt delivery of orders. Unfortunately, there are cases in which items need to be ordered from the manufacturer, resulting in a backorder situation. Backordered items usually take 3-10 business days to arrive in our warehouse.
In order to avoid shipping adult materials to minors or third parties, the shipping address must be the address of the person placing the order.
Shipping To Prisons
We do not ship to prisons.
If your order is returned to us as undeliverable (due to an incorrect address, missing apartment number, nobody available to receive a parcel, etc.) we will notify you by email.
If the delivery problem is determined to be due to an error on the part of Aqua Entertainment or of the postal service, then Aqua Entertainment will either replace the order for you or refund all charges, at your choice.
Any defective item will be replaced with an identical working item. Shipping charges are waived on any replacement items.

It is our experience that at times DVDs reported as defective are actually simply incompatible with the viewer's DVD player. However, we will happily honor the defective product policy and exchange the DVD with a replacement. Before sending the replacement DVD, we will open and test the title for you, to ensure that it plays on a standard DVD player.
Incorrect Item Shipped
Our shipping department does an excellent job shipping the correct items to our customers, but with many similar products, some mistakes can occur!

Incorrect Format Ordered
We offer titles in various formats.
Unless the product description states otherwise, DVDs have no regional coding and can be viewed anywhere in the world.
Videos are in VHS NTSC format. PAL videos (European Standard) are available for additional cost.
If you have mistakenly ordered a title in the incorrect format, we will exchange the unopened title for the correct format, where available. .

Individual tastes and interests vary, which makes it difficult for Aqua Entertainment to ensure your personal satisfaction with the content of the titles you select. We endeavor to provide complete and accurate information on the website about each title we carry, including the cover and back images, and information from the studio.
If you believe that the information on the website misrepresents the title you purchased, we would like to know about it. At our discretion, we will update/alter the information on our website and provide an exchange for an alternate title.

Change of Mind
Aqua Entertainment's sales are final. Items purchased, once opened, may not be returned or exchanged, unless they are defective.
